What Galapark is
Galapark is a company-led, relationship-led private-market contact. We work on selected acquisition, divestment and alternative investment opportunities with experienced private investors, family offices, business owners and professional advisers.
We are deliberately understated. Galapark is not a fund, a broker, an investment club or a fundraising platform, and we do not present opportunities publicly.
How we work
We focus on sectors where we see current opportunity, working with businesses of different types and ownership structures — from owner-managed companies to subsidiaries or divisions being considered for divestment. The sectors we work in will evolve as new opportunities emerge.
We work on a small number of situations at a time, starting with a private conversation. Where there is a clear commercial case, we progress carefully alongside the appropriate advisers.
